To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the original packaging, including all tags and accessories
• Returned within the return window specified at the time of purchase

• Personal care products
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Gift cards and downloadable software products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account on spcart.in
• Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return
• Submit a return request with a valid reason
• Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions

Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
